July 3: Occupy Guitarmy Takes Philadelphia
The Occupy Guitarmy reawakens July 3rd for the Philadelphia Occupy National Gathering

You should be there!
Tuesday, July 3rd we call upon all Philadelphia-area guitarists, uke-player, mandolinists, violas, fiddlers, kazoo players, harmonica players, and noise makers to join us and become the next Occupy Guitarmy action:
OCCUPY GUITARMY TAKES PHILADELPHIA (with sound)
All you have to do to join us is have a voice, instrument, or noise maker and show up for a brief rehearsal. We’ll get ourselves together, run through our songs a few times, then march to our concert locale and rock the socks off pre-Independence Day revelers, Occupy National Gathering folks, and general Philadelphia folks, maybe including your friends, who you should invite to watch and sing along.
We meet to rehearse at Starr Garden Park, 7pm
South 6th Street and Lombard Street, seven blocks south of Independence Hall.
Find us by our Occupy Guitarmy flag and instruments, with exact location tweeted 6:30pm from @99milemarch.
We are likely to near this sculpture at the rec center, unless the space is taken by another group.

8pm: Occupy Guitarmy rehearsal
We will provide you song sheets + lyrics for the set:
“This Land Is Your Land”
“Which Side Are You On?”
“Wall Street, Your Kingdom Must Come Down”
“One Guitar” (just the chorus)
All song chords can be found here
9:15pm walk to concert location near Independence Hall, and set up
10pm: Occupy Guitarmy concert (15 minutes!)
All instruments welcome! All levels of player welcome! Everyone welcome to sing along!
